Possible to do a hackintosh with Gigabyte B760I motherboard?

Having used mac my whole life, i'm finally trying to building my very first PC and hackintosh, ive read the guide several times but I cant seem to decide which motherboard out of my options is most likely going to give me the most painless experience in getting ethernet, wifi, bluetooth and usb-c ports to work. I've compiled a pros and cons list for the motherboards, but i'm double checking here in case anyone has had good/bad experiences with these mobos.

Motherboard Lan Wifi Bluetooth Audio Remarks
Gigabyte B760I AORUS PRO DDR4 Intel® 2.5GbE LAN chip Intel® Killer™ Wi-Fi 6 AX1650 BLUETOOTH 5.2 Realtek® Audio CODEC High Definition Audio Read that intel killer is no longer supported by hackintosh, Need to verify this
MSI MPG B760I EDGE WIFI DDR4 Realtek® RTL8125B 2.5Gbps LAN Intel® Wi-Fi 6E Bluetooth® 5.3 Realtek® ALC897 Codec 7.1-Channel Realtek Lan seems to be more easy to setup compared to intel?
ASUS ROG STRIX B760-I WIFI Intel® 2.5GbE LAN chip ASUS LANGuard Wi-Fi 6E Bluetooth® v5.3 ROG SupremeFX 7.1-Channel CODEC S1220A I cant seem to find what wifi chip this motherboard uses
Colorful CVN B760I FROZEN WIFI V20 RTL8125 2.5Gbit network card RTL8125 2.5Gbit network card Bluetooth® v5.2 5.1 Channel sound card Cheapest, but i dont know if colorful is a good brand. Its form china.

In short:- They are all mini itx sized, because I'm planning a mini itx build.- They all have dual nvme slots, as i plan to dual boot windows, mac on separate drives.- The first three are priced closely, with the colorful being 30% cheaper, but Its made in china.

The parts im planning on installing:- CPU: Intel 13100F or Intel 12400F or Intel 12600 (with iGpu disabled) (all cpu have no E-cores)- GPU: RX 6600 XT- SSD: 1 TB WD black m2 nvme SSD (2x)- PSU: Fractal Design Ion SFX-L 650W 80+ Gold- RAM: 16 GB 3200 mhz

Use case:

I'm a developer by trade, so i will be running docker containers, IDEs, mysql and whatnot. But the reason im building a pc is I want to be able to game at more than 10 fps. Any knowledge and insight would be much appreciated, i'm a little nervous about this first build, planning on doing as much research as possible to avoid ordering incompatible parts.
