OPLP on Mac PRO 4.1 Issues

Hi
I upgraded My mac pro 4.1>5.1 to ventura but i have two little problems
1. I have multi boot with Monterey Ventura and windows, The drive with Ventura is ok, but in the boot picker the other disks show also the EFI partition, (previously I'm using Martin lo OC package)
there is a way to hide that partitions?

1. The nvme drive wich is my Monterey installation is show with orange icon, is fixable?

I tried to run a second time the Root Patch but nothing change

48 GB ram

AMD RX580 8GB
Updated WIFI and BT Card
PCI-E NVME adapter
PCI-E USB 3.0 card
Sata SSD (ventura OPLP)
Sata SSD (Windows)
NVME SSD (Monterey)
2TB Sata HDD
