Not booting after repairing computer

I had a working OpenCore setup on my i5 12600kf + B660M E.

Also had another issue with my PC that needed fixing. Ended up having to replace motherboard and PSU.

Now, the UEFI boot won't recognize OpenCore entry. only windows works.

I tried my old USB stick that contained the original OC. It is recognized as UEFI and the picker opens, but it just hangs when booting macOS. Any idea?
