Backstory:
So, a couple months ago I was looking for a new laptop that fully supports Hackintosh and found this Lenovo V14-IIL being sold for a very cheap price. It had a 10th Ice Lake processor which was supported according to the guide, it had UHD graphics (didn't say which), it had a 256GB SSD and there were Success stories on in the internet.
When the laptop arrived I instantly launched HWInfoo64 to gather all the specs and started making the EFI, but no luck! It always didn't work no matter what. So I decided to request help from the people that had posted their Lenovo V14-IIL Success stories on this subreddit, but all of them were inactive for 1-2 years. So I checked the commenters and found 2 people that were still somewhat active and decided to message them. One of them being u/bhavinjain260. bhavin got back to me the same day and he accepted the offer to help me. bhavin modified the EFI that I had made and helped me with many issues such as Graphics Acceleration and really made this possible! (I would had given up if it wasn't for bhavin)
