Kernel panic after loading 0 kexts

Hi, the laptop I'm getting the Kernel Panic is the ThinkPad T420s.

Specs:

i7-2640M

8GB ram

Nvidia NVS 4200M

I tried to "disable" the nvidia card but that didn't work (by "disabling" the nvidia card I mean that I disabled the OS detection for the card and it's using the iGPU). I have no idea why this is happening. Help
