Encountering an error while upgrading from Big Sur to Ventura

I've been trying to upgrade my Dell Precision T7610 from Big Sur to Ventura, but I keep encountering an error that's putting a halt to the process. Any tips or solutions to get past this issue would be greatly appreciated!
