amd gpu not working in macos montery

i am being intentionally vague with the title, but ill go into detail more here

i am trying to get my machine running macos with gpu acceleration, im almost there.

specs:
i5 3570s (ivybridge)
rx 590 gme (acording to lspci it is a rx 580 2048sp so uhhh)
6 series mobo, not sure exact chipset
installing on a sane sata ssd, kingston

my issue is i dont seem to be getting full gpu acceleration, without any spoofing i get nothing with 7mb vram, ill attach some images at the end to show what i mean. i do not have another compatible gpu and my igpu is unsupported, nor would i use it due to having to switch outputs

some info on my efi:
using iMacpro1,1
i tried spoofing with the help of a discord server, that did not help other than making it see the gpu as a rx580, still no real gpu acceleration
