After applying post-install patches, I'm getting Window server crashes when trying to upload anything from the App Store. Removing the patches fixes the problem. Why?

Using the latest OCLP here. As described above, applying post-install patches introduces all sorts of issues on my Mac Mini 2012 running Ventura. Windowserver crashes, machine not waking up on LAN, etc. After the patches are removed, the machine is working normally. I would have submitted the feedback, but it looks like new issues are not accepted for the time being? :)
