opencore makes my grub boot menu invisible. how to fix?

title.

I've previously posted this issue on r/archlinux because i thought it was an issue related to arch/grub/luks, but after some troubleshooting it doesn't seem anymore: my previous post (please read it)

So basically on my pc i've got MacOS, Windows 11 and Arch linux. I need to switch the Arch's kernel from time to time because i like to tinker around, but to do so I need to access the GRUB boot menu. The problem is that, without messing with the bios boot priorities, when I boot my arch partition from Opencore, the GRUB boot menu is completely invisible, the screen is black, and only when the 5 seconds timer runs out it starts booting and i can see the GRUB verbose (if it's called like that) and the I get to GNOME. The GRUB menu is there, i can interact with it with my keyboard, but i can't see anything at all.

I have a 3070 and i'm using proprietary linux drivers, I'm on GNOME with wayland. Does anybody know how to fix this issue?

Grub configs are in my previous post, tho again it doesn't seem like a GRUB problem. I am using the graphical menu in Opencore

Thank you for your time
