My pc build is a i5 9600k with a rtx3070, 32gb of memory and a M.2 SSD and I’m dual booting windows and macOS Ventura. Graphics is going though my RTX GPU bit it’s not utilising it (I think). It’s running really slowly as the igpu memory is only 16mb (I think.. again) so I purchased a RX 560 to install in my pc along side my RTX (for windows which is on a separate M.2 drive). I’m wondering what’s the process of installing a AMD gpu on a intel hackintosh. Is it just as simple as plugging in the gpu, or do I need to go in depth with drivers, opencore, ketxs, etc. If anyone can point me to a guide or explain the steps, that would be awesome!
Also, the RX 560 gpu is going though a pcie x16 to x1 plug but I read that shouldn’t greatly impact performance. This gpu installation is more of a proof of concept for myself to see if I like both operating systems rather than a end product.
