[HELP] I want to fully switch to macOS

I tried Mac OS a few months ago and it worked fine.

-R7 3700x-32GB 3200mhz-RX 580 8G

I Installed AMD Power Widget (I think I get the name right) and everything worked fine.It's been a bit strange bc I came from Windows and shortcuts and everything is different but that's not a problem.

My general question is should I switch? I'm a video editor and designer and I'm surprised when my friend told me that the DaVinci Resolve system req is 8GB RAM for basic editing and 16GB for Fusion part and on Windows 16GB for basic editing and 32GB for Fusion and he also told me that all programs like Premiere, Photoshop, etc. basically have lower requirements on a mac and we all know when u are serious in your work every bit of performance is crucial.

I don't want to buy MacBook or iMac yet because I don't need it rn and I have desktop power for that kind of work. I just want to try and see if is it really better than Windows (performance-wise)

Windows is really bad (in my perspective) bc of bloatware and useless trash when u need to spend time to fix things and optimize when Mac is OUT OF BOX optimized for work

I don't play games anymore and don't care about that stuff just want a stable OS with good performance

Also, I tried macOS before and some programs did not work (Discord and maybe 2 more) so whats your opinion
