  1. If you're experiencing freezing issues during the macOS installation process on your ASUS ROG STRIX G513IH, here are a few steps you can try:

    1. Check your BIOS settings: Ensure that your BIOS settings are properly configured for Hackintosh compatibility. You may need to disable secure boot, enable AHCI mode for your storage devices, and adjust other settings as recommended by Hackintosh guides specific to your motherboard.

    2. Verify your EFI folder: Double-check that your EFI folder is correctly set up with the necessary kexts (kernel extensions) and drivers for your hardware. Pay attention to important kexts like Lilu, WhateverGreen, AppleALC, and VirtualSMC, as they are often crucial for Hackintosh stability.

    3. Update or modify your kexts: Ensure that you're using the latest versions of your kexts, as outdated or incompatible versions can cause issues. If necessary, try different versions or search for alternative kexts that may better support your hardware.

    4. Try alternative boot flags: Experiment with different boot flags during the macOS installation process to see if they resolve the freezing issue. Common boot flags used for troubleshooting include "-v" (verbose mode), "-x" (safe mode), "cpus=1" (limiting to a single CPU core), and "nv_disable=1" (disabling Nvidia graphics).

    5. Remove unnecessary hardware: Disconnect any unnecessary hardware during the installation process, such as external peripherals or additional storage devices. Sometimes, incompatible hardware can cause conflicts or freeze the system.

    6. Search Hackintosh forums and communities: Look for specific threads or forums related to Hackintosh installations on ASUS ROG laptops. Other users may have encountered similar issues and found solutions that work for your specific model.
