Anyone have problems with the 13.4.1 (c) security update?

I'm not able to install it on my 2012 MacBook Air. It seems to get through downloading, then I get an alert popup that says "Failed to prepare the software update. Please try again." Not sure if it's related to OCLP or not.

I get various error messages in the Console, for example this:

and:
