AMD hang on "RTC:only single RAM Bank (128k)" or restart at "PCI (version somenumbers")

this is on the installer and most of the time ill restart on pci, but sometimes itll hang on rtc, i've added npci=0x2000 and tried npci=0x3000 and it changed nothing, changed order of kexts and disabled some, changed nothing, im out of ideas now

edit: i’m also using the amd release of voodooi2c
