I had to create Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-catalina-on-supported-pc.html'>Catalina bootable drive and then upgrade from Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-catalina-on-supported-pc.html'>Catalina to Ventura with updating kexts in efi.
i tried to create bootable drive with Ventura but for some reason it did not see by my laptop.
