macOS Ventura timezone Boot problem

I installed Ventura on my laptop HP EliteBook 840 G5 Success fully

but I have a problem every restart of the pc my boot menu timezone changed

so every time I should change my timezone from the boot menu to open my Mac system

Notice: i don't have Windows dual boot ... only I have Mac

any solution for that?
