Fan Control not working

Hi hackintosher!

I have installed Monterey 12.6 on my PC with this specs:

Asrock H510 - i3-10100 - Radeon RX470

My PC boots and works successfully

I added these kexts:

I am using both Macs Fan control and iStat Menus for monitoring CPU & GPU temperature.
But on both apps, I cannot control the Fan speed although the temperature sensors are working.

Macs Fan Control - The Min/Max is wrong, so cannot edit the speed value

iStat Menus, 99% is 0

iStat Menus, 47% > 99%

What should I do now, or this cannot be done on this hardwares/OS?
