Problem with charging laptop via monitor

Hi,

I have a problem with my laptop, I use a monitor that can to give power and share screen at the same time. It only charges only when the laptop is in sleep mode. Has somenone encountered this problem and solved it.

RAM: 8 GB

MacOS: Montery 12.5.1
