Hi guys I just built this hack the other day
Lenovo tiny M920q:
I7-8700T, 32GB(2666), SSD 512GB NVME toshiba
(Dual boot with W11, same drive)
For now I'm using OC 0.75 and Big Sur
(I have MonteRey on my other PCs, but prefer BigSur for this one)
If I decide to upgrade, I will update OC/drivers first
The only issue I'm having is that on OSX, I cannot set the refresh rate over 30Hz! :(
Same PC/TV/HDMI but just booting Windows, I get 60/120Hz
Output is over HDMI, to an LG G1 OLED TV UHD (120Hz max support), tried all inputs :(
*I also tried -cdfon in the boot args, no change
**With a DP-to-HDMI cable, I get no image on TV
-
IF I move this mini-hack to my desktop monitor, I can get up to 120Hz 3440x1440@120Hz, but in this case, with display-Port Output- to DP on the monitor as well.
Any Ideas on how to get 60+Hz on the TV with OSX??
(1080p@60Hz would be ok)
Thanks
