Lenovo ThinkPad T440s Booting up slowly on macOS Monterey

So recently I updated to macOS Monterey on my ThinkPad T440s and the only problem I have with it other than the Bluetooth not working is that it’s booting up slow. Is there any way I can fix that? By the way, I’m using a 1 TB pioneer SSD.
