Beginner Question: | Turn an "MacPro 1,1" into a modern System to use in 2022? (Case Mod etc.) - Is it possible?

Hello:)

I'm fairly new when it comes to building a pc or installing a hack/mod on something. Just recently I build my first ever pc with an RTX 3080 and fixed my old macbook which was a bit faulty. So I don't really have that much knowledge about everything, yet. But I'm willing to learn;)

Long story, short: I found an old Mac Pro 1,1 on ebay for a really cheap price and was wondering if I could turn this old thing into a useful hardware again. I'm more used to working with MacOS since I'v been using macbooks for years now, so it would be nice to switch between those. Would it be possible to hack/mod this old Mac Pro machine and put the "windows" components I recently bought into it? Would an RTX 3080 and an mATX motherboard even fit in this case at all? And if really works what version of MacOS would I be able to install?

I'm really sorry if these are dumb questions, but I'm trying to figure out what would work and what not when trying to build something new/old.

These are the components I used for my custom-build pc:

GPU: ASUS TUF GeForce RTX 3080 (10 GB V2 OC Edition)
CPU: Intel® Core i5-10400F (4.30 GHz, 6 Cores)
Mainboard: MSI B560M-A Pro So.1200 mATX
RAM: 16GB RAM (2x8GB G.Skill)
Storage: Crucial MX SSD 1TB

Thanks in advance for the help:)
