Opencore stucked at AppleIntelLpssI2CController

I have installed Big Sur on my laptop, and I want to upgrade to Monterey, but i found OpenCore stucked at ：

AppleIntelLpssI2CController::_serviceMatchingTimeSubr: fTimerServiceMatching timed out, fNotifications 0
