Cloned from Carbon Copy Cloner Issue

Hi guys,

I recently cloned an existing working mac OS Big Sur installation from a 1TB nvme drive to a 2TB drive. I copied my EFI folder afterwards. When I boot into OpenCore on the new 2TB drive, Mac OS is not an option. If I connect my old 1TB drive, Mac OS is shows up. Anyone have an idea why this is happening?
