ADDLINK SPIDER X4 ddr4 3200 (16x2) Ram is good as Corsair or Gskills ?

Due to Sri Lanka's economy in crisis there is no stocks for anythng. i have the only two option to buy.
1. ADDLINK SPIDER X4 ddr4 3200 (16x2)
2. PNY XLR8 EPIC X RGB 3200MHZ
any brand of ram is fine in cl16 ? can i try 3200 or 3600 ?
