updated to Ventura but now it stops at this kernel panic and idk what do to

It's strange cause when I updated it to Ventura it was only got stuck somewhere but I didn't know where because I had verbose off, but last morning I turned it on and it actually worked and i was able to see the new features but now it only gets stuck here
