EFI partition isn't made on offline installer?

I'm making an offline installer on another Hackintosh because the online installer gets stuck at 2 hours and doesn't make any progress. I followed the instructions on dortania and the USB was successfully made, only diskutil shows just one partition and no EFI partition anywhere.
