NEED HELP. Can't install Catalina - New MB and Processor as my old mac dies after 9 years of service.

I'm hoping someone will be able to help (Hell if someone could make me an installer I'd pay em') My trusty Hack of 9 years finally gave up on me a couple of weeks ago. So, I bought myself a MSI B560 Torpedo motherboard and an i5 11400F processor along with a Samsung EVO 970 1Tb M2 and 32Gb Vengeance DDR4. I already have case, PSU, GTX 670 and a load of HDD's and SSD's.
