Is it possible: Catalina on MSI B560 Torpedo with i5 11400F

Hi, just bought an MSI B560 Torpedo board and an i5 11400F to replace old 9 year old board. My question is, is this possible with Unibeast/Clover? I last built a Hack 9 years ago, so complete noob! I've been trying for 4 days with no success.
