Im starting a Build Thread for my system and I will update with more information as I can put it together.
Im assuming you've already created a macOS USB using the proper avenue (meaning from a Mac using the Mac app store).
The files I am going to attach are the completed build hot patched and including the addition of thunderbolt.
Resources: (Some of the SSDTs in my build have been renamed with Z170D in the DefinitionBlock to match my build but came from a number of different community...
