What would happen if I plug in my Windows installed SSD now that my PC is a hackintosh?

I have MacOS installed on an NVMe SSD, and I already have Windows 10 installed on a SATA SSD which is unplugged from my PC.

I want to dual-boot MacOS and Windows without reinstalling Windows from scratch and using the SSD that already has it installed. How can I achieve this?
