Wanting to try Hackintosh on the integrated GPU of my Intel i9-9900K before I buy a compatible GPU

I have an Intel i9-9900K on my PC, but my GPU is an NVIDIA 2080 Ti, which isn’t compatible with hackintoshing.

If I were to try hackintoshing my PC with the integrated GPU of my Intel i9-9900k, and then decide that I want to buy a compatible GPU, how much hassle/time and energy would be involved with accomodating the compatible GPU for the hackintosh (after already hackintoshing the PC)?

Would I need to go through the hackintoshing process all over again or is it relatively straightforward?
