Sleep/Wake Problem Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Tablet Gen 3

* Hardware: Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Tablet Gen 3
* CPU: i5-8250U (Kaby Lake R)
* GPU: Intel UHD 620
* RAM: 8 GB
* Motherboard/Laptop model: Intel Kaby Lake-U iHDCP 2.2 Premium PCH
* Audio Codec: None (have not setup sound yet)
* Ethernet Card: N/A
* Wifi/BT Card: default intel (no drivers setup)
* What guide/tool followed: https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/
* What part I got an issue with:

Trying to setup a new Hackintosh. Could install Mac OS fine (on an external drive since the internal SSD seems to have issues with MacOS). Got graphics and trackpad working. Now trying to get standby working. Eventually I will replace the SSD and Wifi card of this machine, but before I open it up and void warranty (and any chance to return the machine), I want to make sure the basics work, otherwise I'll just try another device.

Currently, when the machine tries to go to sleep, the device doesn't actually go into standby, the screen just turns off. Then, when I 'wake' the device, the display gets all messed up:

* What files/config I am using: I have added a Google Drive link that contains my EFI, DSDT, config.plist, and two OpenCore log files (pre-sleep boot and post-sleep reboot)

* Extra Info:
I've tried multiple SMBIOS (MacbookPro14,1 , 14,2 , 14,3 and 15,1), that doesn't seem to make any difference.
