RX6800XT Geekbench really bad performance.. ?

Hi,

I'm running 12.0.1 Monterey right now with the following system:

5900X - 6800XT - 32GB Ram

my CPU is perfectly in line with compareable results in geekbench 5 but the GPU is way off;

The Open CL Score is: 73163 on the results page another 6800XT is counting 157268

Using Metal my GPU is even scoring higher than on the benchmarks... I have a bad GPU performance in programs and in games (for testing) under windows everything is fine.. does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
