If AMD CPUs are supported with MAC OS then why can't we use NVIDIA GPUswith MAC OS

As far as I know, There are no native AMD CPU counterparts of Mac machines Same case as of Nvidia

Then why is AMD CPUs usable with MAC OS but NVIDIA GPUs aren't.

Pls reply, Need to know this
