How can i patch info.plist on Monterey with opencore.

I wanted to get my HDMI working on my xps15 9550 and tried this: https://github.com/krim404/DellXPS15-9550-OSX/blob/12.0/Tutorial_12.0_Step7.md

But thats not possible as the system volume is readonly, how do i do the mentioned patch nowadays, as the clover info plist patch is not a thing anymore on opencore?
