HELP ! Can i dual boot with mac and windows 10(MBR)?

Hi guys, i am just going to install high sierra with clover(had no luck with opencore). I am choosing high sierra because my fermi gt 630 won't be supported in any version higher than high sierra. I want to dual boot in separate hdds. I don't want to touch my windows 10(MBR) hard disk. I don't want to convert it to GPT as i am using lagacy bios. I just want to know if i can unplug my windows hdd and start using mac. Will it effect anything if i do the same when using windows(MBR) and unplugging the mac hdd ? So can i use windows(MBR) and mac using this method ?
