GMK NUCBOX2 unibeast catalina apfs_module_start:1689

Hello, I am trying to hackintosh my GMK NUCBOX2 using UniBeast 10.3.0 (Catalina)

The GMK NUCBOX2 has similar specs to Intel NUC 8, which can be hackintoshed easily.

CPU: Intel Core i5 8279U
GPU: Intel Iris Plus 655

My biggest difficulty is dealing with UEFI. The UEFI is InsydeH2O, and I find it hard to find relevant options and change them.
