When I am trying to boot to the installer, it hangs after showing several lines of AppleUSBXHCI Unsupported Speed Mantissa. I have the log file linked here, my config.plist here, the loading screen pics here , my hardware specs from Speccy below and I was using Dortania's OpenCore Guide.
Any help would be great...I've gotten kind of lost going down rabbit holes trying to get this working, lol.
