Audio, wifi, keyboard stopped working from Catalina->Monterey

I'm currently dual booting Catalina and Monterey. Catalina works great, but the audio wifi and keyboard don't work with Monterey. It also takes several minutes to startup. I'm pretty sure all of my kexts are up to date, I looked through the resources in the guide. Not sure what to do next...

I've seen posts with this exact model working with Monterey, they described the transition as relatively seamless...
