Asus B85M-G Catalina boot issue

Noob to Hackintosh but reasonably IT savvy so please be nice.
Asus B85M-G (Haswell chipset)
Intel i7 4770
AMD Radeon R9 200 series
32GB DDR3
480GB Sandisk SSD (Catalina)
500GB HDD (Windows)
Not certain what version the clover boot loader installed on the SSD is.

Whilst using FCPX the computer black screened. On a re-boot it no longer shows the boot options.
If i go into the bios and select UEFI sandisk 480Gb it boots straight into windows.
