T440p on BigSur 11.6 with modded trackpad issues

I have a modded T440p (BIOS, CPU, RAM, SSD and trackpad changed) and did my first Hackintosh yesterday.

It's using the latest stable versions of OpenCore (0.7.5) /kexts, and everything works perfectly on latest BigSur version (11.6), after a few kexts adjustments. Everything except, the trackpad.

Actually, it works correctly until I use the physical buttons. When I dit that, it makes the gestures bug, and to repair that, the only thing I found is to go to the trackpad settings, disable and reenable a feature (example : secondary click).

Does anyone else encountered the same issue or have ideas on what I can try next ?

CPU : Intel 4702MQ - Haswell

RAM : 16GB DDR3

SSD : Crucial MX500

Trackpad : Synaptics for T450s, 3 buttons

Audio : ALC3232

Wifi : Intel 7260NGW
