stuck at "a required firmware update could not be installed"

my spac are hp probook 450 g6

i7-8 gen

16 gb ram

1tb hdd

and i am installing macos on external hdd of 500gb

and i got this error twice plzzz help me plzz with 100% fix

if anybudy have same laptop and solved the error plzz share your fix
