Kernel Panic, BigSur, AMD 1950x, Asus rog zenit extreme

Hi,

I have the following build:

Motherboard: Asus rog zenit extreme
CPU: AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1950x
GPU: Radeon RX 5600/5600XT, 5700/5700XT
HDD: 2x Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus NVME

In the past 4 days I have tried everything I found on internet.
I have tried to create the media installer with opencore on: Windows, Linux and MacOS.
I tried kvm on linux and it was working but on fresh install, every time I get to the same error:
