Kabylake Stuck on boot OC 0.7.5

HARDWARE SPECS:

1. Fujitsu Esprimo P556/2
2. Motherboard: Fujitsu D3400-U
3. Chipset: Intel H110
4. CPU: Intel i5 7400
5. GPU: Intel HD 630
6. RAM: Kingston 8gb 2x4 2400mhz
7. Audio codec: ALC671
8. Ethernet card: Realtek RTL8111G
9. What guide I followed: OpenCore Install Guide

Im getting this error attempting install Monterey.

I successful installed Catalina in the past using TonyMac Tools (I reset NVRAM before installing)

I update the bios to the latest version and tried different SMBIOS: iMac 18,1 & 18,2

tried using boot arg: lilucpu=9

tried to boot my BigSur installation from another Hackintosh give same error
