Is there a utility like BootIce or easyUEFI for MacOS?

I've managed to clear my NVRAM which has in turn meant I am now not able to boot from my Monterey installer USB drive.

I know the USB installer works as I can boot from it on my other "identical" NUC

Whatever happened to my NVRAM after I cleared it now means I'm unable to install Monterey on my NUC

If there is a utility I can use on the MacOs that allows me to edit my UEFI or NVRAM it might mean I could find the issue
