If Catalina EFI works can I upgrade to Monterey directly from Apple Mac Store?

My Specs: Laptop: Dell Inspiron 5570 CPU: Intel I7-8550U IGPU: Intel UHD 620 Graphics RAM: 12 GB

I finally installed Catalina on my laptop, and I was just wondering if I can update directly to Monterey or are there workarounds needed.
