So as mentioned in topic, I am trying to use Sniki's EFI setup with Catalina recovery to install MacOS on my Lenovo ThinkPad X240. Link here.
My hardware is :
i5 4300u CPU
Intel HD 4400 GPU
8GB of DDR3L ram
256 M.2 SATA SSD + 2TB SATA HDD
Lenovo X240 laptop.
The moment I select MacOS recovery in OpenCore it goes to prohibitory sign and all I can do is wait for computer to shut itself off or shut it down by force. Tried looking up in thread on TonyMac forum as well as check github issues but nobody seems to have same issue as I do. Could it be because I am using Recovery and not Base system? I did try with other EFI configs, even CLOVER config for Catalina from other source and it still wouldn't boot.
