Got the Installer loaded completely, rebooted, now getting OCB: LoadImage failed - Unsupported

I'm trying to install Catalina on an AMD system, which has given me enough headaches already... That aside, I finally got the Installer fully booted, see here, along with being able to use the Disk Utility here. However, I saw that the OS didn't see my installed NVME drive.

I did some research on that, and before I changed anything, I decided to try simply rebooting, maybe the computer just wasn't feeling like it right then. Well, it's certainly not feeling like it now.

After the reboot, the OpenCore menu loaded and I selected my USB drive, same as before. But before any of the verbose came onto the screen, this time after a few seconds, it only showed

OCB: DMG has been altered OCB: LoadImage failed - Unsupported

I tried re-downloading Catalina via macrecovery.py, but nothing after that has worked, I'm only greeted with the above error. Which doesn't make any sense to me, because it was working just previously. That's telling me as far as I know that my config.plist, kexts, drivers and everything is correct, it's just hanging up on something I can't see.

Any help is appreciated; I can share any more info if needed.

Please see this Google Drive link as well for the OC error log.
