Dual Booting Windows 11 and macOS Monterey

So I have a laptop with 2 separate drives, C: and D: drive. The C: drive is being used for windows 11 and everything else, and the D: drive is completely empty, I'm probably not going to use the D: drive so I wanted to install macOS Monterey on it. The only problem is that mac requires "safe boot" (in the BIOS menu) to be disabled, and I saw that Windows 11 needs safe boot to be enabled, so I don't know what I should do from there.

Also, I was wondering how to boot in to windows after I installed mac? Do I need to enter the BIOS menu or something?

I was trying to find a tutorial on how to dual boot windows and mac but I just got confused. Would this video do ok? (I don't have a mac)

I just want a simple guide that explains everything I have to do and how to switch between mac and windows. If needed these are my laptop's specs.

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10510U CPU @ 1.80GHz 2.30 GHz

Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Graphics Processing Unit Nvidia MX250

also my BIOS Mode is UEFI

Thank you :)
