Cannot get past boot. Dell OptiPlex 9020 AIO

* Hardware: Dell Optiplex 9020 AIO (64bit)

* CPU: Intel Core i3-4130 CPU @ 3.40GHz (2 core)

* GPU: iGPU

* RAM: 4GB DDR3

* Motherboard/Laptop model: (Not sure how to find)

* Audio Codec: RealTek ALC280

* Ethernet Card: Intel 4th Gen (?; Unsure what specifically)

* Wifi/BT Card: Intel Wireless/BT

* What guide/tool followed: OpenCore guide (https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/)

* What part I got an issue with:
I cannot seem to actually get anywhere. I always seem to get stuck on one out of three different errors. It freezes and nothing else happens.
* AMFI pointer initialized
* PCI configuration end
* ifnet_attach all kernel threads created for interface
(It either seems random or the same error will happen multiple times in a row)
Note that some of these are as a result of changing the SATA operation in the BIOS from ATA to AHCI and RAID On
Trying to install Big Sur (Recovery) as I've heard Monterey has issues.
Kexts: AirportItlwm, IntelBluetoothFirmware, IntelBluetoothInjector, IntelMausi, Lilu, USBInjectAll, VirtualSMC, WhateverGreen
I do have the drivers (HfsPlus, OpenRuntime) set up correctly and in the right folder.
SSDT set up as well.
I potentially hear about something from other posts called XHCI handoff or something, it's not an option in my BIOS. And AppleSmcIO disabling or enabling doesn't seem to do much other than turn off the keyboard/mouse when it gets stuck (I can tell because they're RGB)

* What files/config I am using:
ocvalidate says no issues found.
I downloaded the last stable release of OpenCorePkg being 0.7.5.
Would use the sanity check site but I heard it's outdated.

* Extra Info:
not sure what to put here.
